Sam was instrumental in the architecture, design, and leadership of the GTM strategy targeting local businesses for the £77 million Croydon Enterprise Local Enterprise Growth Initiative (LEGI). He successfully segmented target audiences, activated growth pathways for micro and small businesses, and helped establish Croydon as a thriving entrepreneurial hub.

Global System Architecture: Nigerian Diaspora Commission (2021)

In 2021, Sam led the full design and execution of a global diaspora database for the Nigerian Diaspora Commission. This complex system targeted diverse ICPs across multiple continents, with segmentation and data architecture designed to accommodate cultural diversity, regional engagement strategies, and dynamic community growth. The project stands as a global use case in building large-scale data-driven platforms for government and public engagement.

Higher Education GTM Success: Bloomsbury Institute (Holborn) Student Guild (2022)

Using his proprietary S.C.A.L.E GTM Optimization Model, Sam delivered a complete go-to-market strategy for the Bloomsbury Institute Student Guild in Holborn. This initiative resulted in an 800% increase in social media engagement and significantly boosted foot traffic and participation across the institute’s programs and events.
